About Synnetix

Synnetix is a computer consulting and services firm founded by seasoned Silicon Valley technology professionals. Our team has worked with and delivered comprehensive, end-to-end solutions for small through mid-sized Fortune 1000 companies in the areas of web and database application development, systems analysis, business/IT systems integration, system design, system migration and ongoing support. We have an array of base tools and packages typically available for rapid deployment by start-up/small businesses, or which can be used as building blocks for fully custom solutions for your business.

John Sumaraga, President & CEO
Mr. Sumaraga has over 10 years of operations, software development, and management experience with various start-ups and dynamic growth companies. Most recently, Mr. Sumaraga was Manager of Web Development at Flextronics International. He was responsible for web based business solutions, B2B, B2E, and application development for both internal and external clients.

He currently serves on the board of directors of International Collaborative Directories, Inc.

From 1998 -1999 he served as General Manager of Operations for Peripheral Systems Group (PSG) and was a general partner in 1stClassAuction. He was responsible for starting up and growing the e-commerce division to $2 million in revenue in 90 days. He was also responsible for overall IT systems, infrastructure, sales, vendor, and customer relations.

Prior to joining PSG from 1997 -1998 he worked for USWeb/Worldport Internet. He served as Sr. Operations Manager for AuctionBoard e-commerce division. He helped grow AuctionBoard from $900k – $12M annual run rate and achieve profitability. While at USWeb/Worldport he also served as a Project Manager for various customers. His responsibilities included sales, vendor, and customer relations, system design and application development. His group was awarded with Microsoft’s Chairman Award for E-business Solutions, presented to the company CEO Albert Lopez at Internet World 1997 – in the Philippines by Bill Gates. USWeb/Worldport provided dynamic, database-enabled business solutions B2B, B2C, B2E, and E-Commerce solutions to small through Fortune 1000 companies.

Prior to joining WorldPort, Mr. Sumaraga was Sales Manager and Support Engineer at Budget Computer Depot a divisions of Synnex Information Technology 1995 – 1997 where he helped manage and grow new the business unit. While at Synnex he also worked for Microware Education Centers unit where he served as Operations Manager and System Administrator. His responsibilities included supply chain management, customer relations, general accounting, and system support.
